Decisions, Habits, Let's Go! is an effective hands-on tool that knows plans and goals are important, but "go time" gets results. This workbook will help you focus, execute plans, take action, and create habits that help build a successful future. Goals can be achieved through putting the strategies into actions. Congratulations on taking the first step on your path to unlocking achievements. Here are some ways to integrate what you're learning:

30 Days of Summer Institute

We use the Decisions, Habits, Let's Go! workbook during our Building Men Summer Institute every year to create culture, teach character, and show students the importance of planning and goal setting.

One Month of Success

Set reasonable goals while beginning, you can do anything for 30 days. The Decisions, Habits, Let's Go! Workbook Challenge will develop specific habits to create a better life and more successful in-school and out-of-school activities. See how easily you crush your 30 day goals and implement healthier lifestyle changes into your routine.

After School & Saturday Programs

Need an accountability or gym buddy? Use Goals, Habits, Let's Go workbook to instill the discipline of planning and establishing priorities as well as good habits for future success. The combine and fitness aspects of the workbook can be used over the course of the after school program to monitor, improve, and teach tangible goal setting in the areas of fitness.

From the Author

What a blessing to create this project with a dedicated and devoted staff over the course of the years in the Building Men Summer Institute. From the humble beginnings of a small class of 25 to many summers of multiple sites with over 150 young men, many staff have contributed to the creation of this student planning guide. Thank you to Tyler Eustace, Martin Pasternak, Sean Macmaster, Marty Clanton, and Rick Lefler who have taken this journey with me over the last seven years. A special thanks and love to my family that allowed me the space and provided me the love to work tirelessly over the summer to help many young men in their journey to manhood. Let's Go!
